Megan Ryan

Ms. Megan Ryan is an employee at the OSU Nisonger Center. She works as an Early Childhood Teacher in the Early Learning Program. She comes from a large family of eight brothers, two sisters, and 15 nieces and nephews. She graduated from the Transition Options in Postsecondary Settings (TOPS) Program at the OSU Nisonger Center and loves being a Buckeye. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music and watching movies. She loves performing in the Dancing with the Stars Gala and enjoys the Special Olympics. Regarding self-advocacy, Ms. Ryan takes care of herself and feels that she can be a good example for others. She feels that speaking up is important in being able to help yourself. In the healthcare setting, she feels that self-advocacy is key to being able to tell someone what you need.
