Ruben Garcia

Mr. Ruben Garcia has been an advocate for people with disabilities since he was 11 years old. He was born with a disability, cerebral palsy, and has been in the developmental disability system since 1987. He began his self-advocacy journey in the developmental disability system in 1988, serving on many boards with various organizations for people with disabilities. His ultimate goal is to allow people with disabilities to have an overall better quality of life.
