Biography

Alixe Bonardi is clinically trained as an occupational therapist, having worked in school-based and community settings with children and adults with intellectual disability for about 10 years before shifting to more policy and research-based work. Ms. Bonardi is currently the Vice President of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities team at the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI). She leads a group of researchers and policy experts, including people with lived experience of disability. In her role on the RRTC project, she works on all aspects of survey design, implementation, analysis, and reporting. This expertise is used to support Study 2.
