Biography
Dr. Andrew Lincoln is a public health scientist with a background in epidemiology and sports medicine. In his role at Special Olympics, he collaborates with experts to perform research identifying burdensome conditions among persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Additionally, he develops interventions that may be implemented in a clinical setting or on a broad policy level that benefit individuals with IDD. He works in collaboration with academics, clinicians, administrators, policy makers, and others to develop and implement change that fosters physical and mental wellbeing for individuals with IDD, family members and others in the community.
