Stacy L. Nonnemacher, PhD

Dr. Stacy Nonnemacher is the Director of Cross-Systems Strategies for the National Association for State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) where she is responsible for leading NASDDDS’ efforts to support states in developing positive support models for people with complex support needs. Dr. Nonnemacher received her PhD from Lehigh University and most recently served as the Clinical Director for Pennsylvania’s Bureau of Supports for Autism and Special Populations in the Department of Human Services’ Office of Developmental Programs. In this role, she informed and influenced policy decisions related to state Medicaid programs. Dr. Nonnenmacher applies her many years of experience to develop positive approaches to benefit individuals with lived disabilities.
